A new round of meetings to design a comprehensive strategic management system at Kourosh Food Industry Company has begun. This stage began after the completion of the first phase of strategic planning, including the development of the units’ mission statements and the design of the company’s sustainable value creation map. A full report of these measures was previously presented at the managers’ meeting.

Next, an initial assessment of the results was carried out in cooperation with some of the organization’s units. Based on these assessments, the continuation plan includes holding a training course on “How to Extract KPIs and Develop and Implement OKRs” for colleagues.

In this course, the unit ambassadors will be familiar with the principles of developing key performance indicators based on their unit’s goals and mission statement and will follow the process of designing and implementing them according to the OKR model until the goals are achieved.
